In rural and semi-urban India, many girls from underprivileged backgrounds encounter significant obstacles to their education. Khushiyon Ka Angan is dedicated to promoting educational equity by ensuring these girls have the support they need to continue their schooling — through direct educational assistance and by strengthening the schools they attend.
At Grihum, we believe in the intrinsic value of every girl child, recognising her as the cornerstone of our collective future. We invest in building a brighter tomorrow wherein our programme encourages a sense of collective responsibility, ensuring that every girl child has the opportunity to unlock her full potential.
Grihum actively cultivates a culture of corporate citizenship by encouraging employee participation across our CSR initiatives. Our targeted interventions span health, environmental sustainability, and women's welfare across multiple states.
Dignity in the workplace begins with access to basic necessities. Grihum has installed sanitary napkin vending machines along with incinerators for safe disposal at women's police stations across Madhya Pradesh, ensuring that women in uniform have uninterrupted access to menstrual hygiene products
As part of our commitment to sustainability, Grihum has supported the installation of solar panels on the rooftops of law enforcement institutions & schools, helping transition them to clean, renewable energy. This initiative reduces dependence on conventional power, lowers operational costs for these institutions, and reinforces our belief that green infrastructure should be accessible to public institutions serving communities.
Hunar Se Parichay reflects our belief that real opportunity begins with real experience. Through Grihum's apprenticeship programme, young individuals are given the chance to learn and work within a professional environment — gaining skills, exposure, and confidence that set the foundation for a meaningful career.
Apprentices work across various functions within the organisation, receiving structured on-the-job training that goes beyond the classroom. For many of them, this is their first step into the formal workforce — and Grihum is proud to be that first step.

Grihum's healthcare interventions are designed to reach people in moments of need through on-ground camps staffed by trained healthcare professionals, we deliver essential care and medicines directly to those who need it.
Chandani is a dedicated 10th-standard student at a school in Uttar Pradesh, living with her parents and four siblings. Her father works as a daily wage worker, while her mother is a homemaker.
