I, a prospective customer of Grihum Housing Finance Limited (GHFL), hereby voluntarily provide my express consent and acknowledgment with regard to the following:

1. Consent for Personal Data Processing and Sharing: I hereby provide my unconditional consent for Grihum Housing Finance Limited and its authorized lending partners to store, process, and utilize my personal and sensitive personal information as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the Information Technology Act and Rules. This data will be used for the purposes of credit evaluation, loan processing, and other related financial services. I agree that this information may be shared with other lending partners and financial institutions as necessary for the aforementioned purposes. I understand that the information will be handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations protecting my personal data rights.
2. Collection and Processing: I authorize Grihum to collect, record, organize, structure, store, adapt, retrieve, use, align, combine, index, share, disclose, transmit, disseminate, restrict, erase, or destroy my personal data/information. This pertains to all data provided or to be provided concerning my request for financial assistance.
3. Purpose and Activities: This consent is given in relation to the personal data I have provided or will provide for the purposes of evaluating my loan eligibility (including for the KYC purpose), processing, disbursing, and maintaining the proposed/requested loan facility. This encompasses all phases of processing, from my loan request to its disbursement, its continuation, and any associated activities, including potential enforcement actions concerning the loan by Grihum.
4. Representation and Acknowledgment: I hereby represent and confirm that all personal information I have provided or will provide to Grihum is true and accurate. I acknowledge that I have been duly informed about the purpose for which the data is collected and used by Grihum. I am also aware of the process to withdraw my consent, should I choose to do so in the future.

By Proceeding, I confirm that I have read and agree to the disclaimer and the terms and conditions of the website, and hereby authorize Grihum Housing Finance Limited and its representatives to contact me/us through calls, SMS/ WhatsApp and this shall override any registration by me/us under DNC/NDNC. I authorize Grihum Housing Finance Limited to make any enquires with NSDL/Credit Bureau or any regulatory authority regarding my PAN/Credit history verification. T&C Apply.
